Round 2: Sc into every Ch around (20)

Round 3: Change to Misty Jungle Green Bernat Baby Blanket and Sc all the way around (20)

Round 4: (1 Sc into 1st St, 1 Sc into next, 1 Sc into next, 1 Dec. into next), repeat all the way around (16)

Round 5: (1 Sc into 1st St, 1 Sc into next, 1 Dec. into next), repeat all the way around (12)

Round 6: (1 Sc into 1st St, 1 Dec. into next), repeat all the way around (8)

Round 7: Dec. all the way around (4)

Pom-Pom

Round 1: Mc and 4 Sc into Mc

Round 2: Dec into every Sc in Mc

Finish off and leave a long tail.

Sew the pom-pom onto the top of the hat, then get a white piece of yarn, flip up the white bottom of the hat, so that the inside shows, and sew all the way around. Finish off and sew in the thread. I hope you love your little elf hat!
